What we collect

When you join, we save your name, email, ZIP code, postcard response, tree interests, and any optional neighborhood, fruit preferences, or phone number you provide. We record whether you visited through a postcard link, another campaign link, or a general visit, plus campaign and route labels included in the URL.

How we use it

We use your response to assess neighborhood demand, plan potential service areas, and email you launch updates, service availability, and occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime. We may use an optional phone number for a personal follow-up call. We do not enroll you in automated text messages. Your interest is not a booking or authorization to work on your property.

Campaign measurement

We record page visits and signup-form focus using a random identifier stored for your browser session. Campaign and route labels are passed to the embedded Tally form with your response. Campaign attribution indicates a visit source, not verified property eligibility.

Our form provider

Our interest form is hosted by Tally. Tally processes your answers and technical information needed to provide the form. You can review Tally’s privacy policy for details.

Contact and choices

You can decline to provide optional fields. If we contact you, reply to that message to request removal or a correction. Before public campaign use, Orchard Town will add a direct privacy contact here.
